In 2017, the land found a father and two sons. They became captivated by the potential for organic specialty coffee cultivation, the privilege of collaborating with the local farmers, and the idea of working with the surrounding community. Thus, the farm was born.
At Finca El Dorado, the master growers have been immersed in the cultivation of mountain coffee their entire lives, bringing time-tested growing techniques perfected over generations. These are combined with modern and Indigenous organic farming principles and resources to support the highest quality care of the land, the plants, the farmers and the community.
