Like the beginning of a bad joke, an Austrian and a Kiwi walk into the world with an open mind and an appetite for the new and unique.
Cathi and Isaac have spent their entire adult life pursuing new experiences in new places. Their relationship with Yerba Mate has been long and varied. They learnt to appreciate the unique benefits of Mate tea over many moons. Enjoyed hot while surf tripping in South Africa, enjoyed cold and bubbly on nights out in Berlin, enjoyed mixed with homegrown limes and elderflower here in Aotearoa New Zealand.
The ‘aha’ moment became the ‘F*#@ yeah’ realisation that they already knew the perfect bubbly answer.
